Angeles Crest Engineering Inc design office is in Pasadena, CA. Design and analysis work is primarily performed at the Pasadena office using the latest analysis and CAD tools including Pro/Engineer, CATIA, Nastran, Flow-3D, and Sinda.

The Azusa facility is used primarily for development, testing, and hardware integration. It has a twelve-foot centrifuge that may be used to generate up to 3.5 g's with a 450 lb hardware on the spin table. The hardware is linked by a wireless LAN to monitor the experiments. LabView software is used for multi-channel data acquisition during testing. The Azusa facility also has an advanced material laboratory that is used for propellant compatibility evaluation and mechanical property testing.
